Marshmallow roots

Large leafy and perennial plant of the family Malvaceae, native to Eastern Europe. It has toothed, three-lobed heart-shaped leaves and spectacular clusters of pinkish flowers with a diameter of 2.5 cm. It can reach 1,5 m in height. Its roots are used for their emollient properties. It is also used to make marshmallow-based sweets.

Also called Marshmallow: Plant used by the wizards in the preparation of potions relating to the beauty, the skin, the voice and the concentration.
