To invoke Mother Durga for protection.
Mother Durga is the one who eliminates demons and all the negative forces that bring pain and suffering to humanity - greed, avarice, hatred, resentment, jealousy, envy, corruption and violence, to name a few. According to Hindu legend, it was the demons who brought these negative forces and contaminated all the children of Mother Earth. The gods themselves were defeated by these demons no matter what they tried to do to repel them. As a last resort, they called Mother Durga. They were reluctant to do so because every time she gets angry, she becomes hysterical and it is almost impossible to calm her down. At the end of the war, there was only one demon left to face her. He was the most ferocious of them all and Mother Durga fought him and killed him. She was in such a state of hysteria that she turned into the proud warrior Kali Ma and nothing could calm her fury. Only Shiva, Kali's beloved wife, was finally able to calm her bloodlust.
This does not mean that if you call her, she will go crazy with rage - at least not until you embody the power of the gods at war with the demons! She only gets angry when the demonic forces keep making people cruel to each other. If you are the victim and you are not hurting anyone, she will go after the causes of evil that make people hurt you and nothing will happen to you. It is very important not to use this spell or call upon this goddess to harm people.
Mother Durga rides a tiger or lion. She has ten arms, each armed with a weapon or magical instrument. The reasons for invoking Mother Durga are simple: to take away from your enemies anything that can harm you. The goal is not to harm them, but only to disarm them so that they stop harming you.
