The white nettle or, better, the white lamier (Lamium album) is a species of herbaceous plants of the family Lamiaceae. It is native to the whole of Europe and Western Asia.
The white nettle does not sting and has many virtues in phytotherapy. It is used as a diuretic, as a hemostatic and also for its tonic, refreshing or vulnerable properties. It is also the white nettle that is used against gout.
In magic it is a powerful aphrodisiac. Also for protection and spells related to the feminine.
